Today is not the end of POPEYG - it’s a new beginning. Make the commitment to keep moving and engaging your friends and family in this movement until we have helped all 33,000 children who are living in poverty in our city. 

Download an official POPYEG POP(jar) label here (or make your own) and continue challenging your friends to move and keep fit, strong and healthy. Drop the number of cents (or dollars) equal to the amount of exercise reps they do at school, at home, at work or even while your out grabbing a coffee and waiting in line.  

Please drop the POP(jar) off at iHuman at the end of June 2016. Prove to the world that all the little pieces do add up to something big – like a stronger fitter Edmonton and helping youth who face tremendous challenges at iHuman.

Today’s Social Media Challenge you’ll need to grab a partner. Your job is to see who can get through the “ladder” below the quickest. Remember to use proper form and to pace yourself. Start with 10 push-ups and 1 tuck jump... Then do 9 push-ups and 2 tuck jumps... Then do 8 push-ups and 3 tuck jumps... Repeat until you finish with 1 push-up and 10 tuck jumps... Loser donates a minimum of $20 to iHuman. Winner can also donate the same amount to "make some peace" with their workout partner.
